After going 6-10 and finishing in 3rd place in the AFCE, the Buffalo Bills got the 9th pick in the NFL draft. They later used that to draft DT Ed Oliver out of Houston. Buffalo also drafted OL Cody Ford (round 2), and RB Devin Singletary (round 3). While it is yet to be seen on the field, Buffalo has seemed to cover a good portion of their team needs this off-season. The Bills offense finished 30th in the league in 2018. This off-season, Bills management looked to change that: and by their signings, they focused heavily on the offense.

Free Agency: WRs Cole Beasley, John Brown, Andre Roberts, OL Mitch Morse, Ty Nsekhe, Quinton Spain, Spencer Long, LaAdrian Waddle, TEs Tyler Kroft, Lee Smith, RBs Frank Gore, TJ Yeldon, CBs Kevin Johnson, EJ Gaines. Buffalo brought in Beasley and Brown in hopes to improve the receiving corp, plus help Allen’s development. Morse, Nsekhe, and co. were brought in to help improve the OL.
Losses
DT Kyle Williams, TE Charles Clay. Williams was the heart and soul of this defense, a true leader. He spent all 13 seasons of his career with the Bills, totaling 1 playoff game & a rushing Touchdown. In total, Williams totaled 610 tackles, 48.5 sacks, and 1 INT with the team.
Clay spent 4 seasons in Buffalo, totaling 1,822 yards and & 9 TDs in his tenure here. He signed a 5 year/$38M deal with the Bills which included $20M guaranteed back in 2015.
Overview
The Bills completely rebuilt their offense, most notably the receivers and OL. With a new look offense & a top 5 defense, the Bills could potentially be chasing a wild-card spot in the AFC. If John Brown & Cole Beasley put what they’re putting on the practice field come game day, Josh Allen could have a much better year & this team could end up winning 9-10 games. Buffalo, of course, has to hope Tyler Kroft comes back fully healthy & repeat his 2017 campaign with Cincinnati. Everything will hinge on how Allen has grown this off-season and how well this coaching staff has groomed him.

With this new and improved offense, plus an already top-5 defense that only got better, this team could pull off a couple surprising wins.
