Bold Predictions For Each Wildcard Game

Although 2020 was a year to forget, lets applaud the NFL for navigating the Covid-19 pandemic safely to give the people something to look forward to in 2020. After 17 weeks of football, we have finally reached the playoffs. Today, I will be giving a bold prediction for each team in each game for Wild Card Weekend.

Indianapolis Colts vs Buffalo Bills

Indianapolis Colts – Jonathan Taylor has another 250 yard rushing game en route to an upset victory over the Bills. Rivers isn’t reliable with his arm so the Colts will have to establish the run game to open up the crossers and play action plays that Rivers is effective in. And this also keeps the ball out of Allens hands.

Buffalo Bills – The Bills defense that has been middle in the pack, intercepts Rivers three times in a blowout victory. They picked of Tua 3 times last week and Rivers has been prone to making bad decisions this year.

Los Angeles Rams vs Seattle Seahawks

Los Angeles Rams – In the absence of Jared Goff, Wolford has over 350 total yards and three touchdowns while the Rams defense forces four turnovers from the Seahawks ending in Wolford deleting his Linkedin account. The Rams offense looked more dynamic under Wolford as his ability to scramble showcased a side of Sean McVay we had previously not seen. This Rams defense is elite and Wilson has struggled against them.

Seattle Seahawks – DK Metcalf decides to boss up and become the man in the house totaling over 125 receiving yards while being guarded by Ramsey. Ramsey has been as close to a lockdown corner as we have seen this season and Metcalf needs to have a big game to ensure a Seahawks win.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs Washington Football Team

Tampa Bay Bucaneers – Tom Brady starts off his playoff debut with the Bucaneers throwing for 5 touchdowns and 400 plus yards. This Football Team secondary has been iffy at times and with all the weapons that Brady has at his disposal, they will certainly be able to open this game up.

Washington Football Team – The Washington defenses has a 5 plus sack performance on Brady and hold the Buccaneers to less than14 points en route to an upset victory over the superteam Buccaneers. This defense has carried the Football Team all year and the D-Line is among the best in the league. Offense wins games, defense wins championships.

Baltimore Ravens vs Tennessee Titans

Baltimore Ravens – Dez Bryant has a welcome back party in the playoffs finishing the day with 100 receiving yards. This Titans defense has not been good as of late and I see Lamar having a big passing day as he will have to keep up with the high flying Titans offense.

Tennessee Titans – In a game where Henry gets shut down, Corey Davis has a big game with 125 receiving yards and a touchdown in a game in which Tannehill finishes with 300 plus yards passing.

Chicago Bears vs New Orlean Saints

Chicago Bears – In the upset of the season, the Bears offense puts up 35 plus points against one of the best defenses in the league en route to their first playoff win since 2010. Trubisky looks great following his return to the starting lineup and Montgomery is emerging as a top running back since Nagy handed over play calling duties.

New Orleans Saints – Michael Thomas, in his return to the lineup, destroys the Bears secondary with over 150 yards receiving while the Saints defense holds the high flying Bears offense to less then 10 points.

Cleveland Browns vs Pittsburgh Steelers

Cleveland Browns – Chubb and Hunt combine for 250 yards rushing as a stout steelers run defense gets exposed. In the abscence of Rashard Higgins and head coach Kevin Stefanski, the Browns pull off an upset and win their first playoff game in forever,

Pittsburgh Steelers – The TikTok Stars, JuJu and Chase, have 4 touchdowns between them dancing all over Cleveland en route to the divisional round.
