Amidst all the Russell Wilson drama, the Seahawks have had a nice offseason as they traded for Gabe Jackson, extended Tyler Lockett, brought in Gerald Everett, brought in Kerry Hyder Jr., and resigned Carlos Dunlap. Their pass rush got better and they solidified help for Russ. The Seahawks also only have 3 draft picks this year so they need to be very intentional with what they do. Let’s start by taking a look at their starting lineup.
Quarterback: Russell Wilson
Running Back: Chris Carson
Wide Receiver 1: D.K. Metcalf
Wide Receiver 2: Tyler Lockett
Wide Receiver 3: Freddie Swain
Tight End: Gerald Everett
Left Tackle: Duane Brown
Left Guard: Phil Haynes
Center: Ethan Pocic
Right Guard: Gabe Jackson
Right Tackle: Brandon Shell
Left Defensive End: Carlos Dunlap
Defensive Tackle 3T: Rasheem Green
Defensive Tackle 1T: Poona Ford
Right Defensive End: Kerry Hyder Jr.
Weakside Linebacker: Jordyn Brooks
Middle Linebacker: Bobby Wagner
Strongside Linebacker: Cody Barton
Left Cornerback: Tre Flowers
Right Cornerback: Ahkello Witherspoon
Slot Cornerback: Ugo Amadi
Strong Safety: Jamal Adams
Free Safety: Quandre Diggs
With one valuable pick they need to be very deliberate about what they do.

Round 2, Pick 56 DT Milton Williams
This is a total Seahawks kind of pick. Milton Williams is an incredibly athletic 3T defensive tackle with massive pass rush upside. He will be a monster in the middle for Seattle and can give an even bigger boost to their pass rush.

Round 4, Pick 129 WR Dazz Newsome
The Seahawks are thin at wide receiver and might be the beneficiaries of a slip by Newsome. He would be the perfect compliment to Metcalf and Lockett. Newsome is a complete receiver who will do wonders for Seattle’s offense.

Round 7, Pick 250 CB Shakur Brown
Brown is a big upside cornerback who could prove to be a very effective pick for the Seahawks.
After the draft there are only two new starters for the Seahawks which is actually very good considering they had 3 picks.
Quarterback: Russell Wilson

Wide Receiver 1: D.K. Metcalf
Wide Receiver 2: Tyler Lockett
Wide Receiver 3: Dazz Newsome

Left Tackle: Duane Brown

Center: Ethan Pocic
Right Guard: Gabe Jackson
Right Tackle: Brandon Shell
Left Defensive End: Carlos Dunlap
Defensive Tackle 3T: Milton Williams

The Seahawks offense gained a new dimension and the defense gained a new force in the trenches. They did a great job with the three picks they had.
