3 Players The Buffalo Bills Need To Trade For

The Buffalo Bills are 1st place in their division, but with plenty of holes still on their roster, they could definitely get better. Buffalo has 4M in cap space, along with 8 draft picks to work with. With the trade deadline coming up in less than a week, I list my top 3 players that Buffalo needs to trade for.

  1. Atlanta Falcons DE Takkarist McKinley: The Bills have been looking for pass rush help for a few seasons now, they’ve tried with guys like Trent Murphy and Shaq Lawson, among others, but nothing has worked out as well as they had hoped. Takk McKinley is a former 1st-round pick who hasn’t quite lived up to the expectations by Atlanta. Even with that, McKinley, who’s best season came in 2018 with 7 sacks, will provide a nice pass rush ability that Buffalo has been missing lately. McKinley will cost a 5-7th round pick
  2. Jacksonville Jaguars LB Myles Jack: Jack has been a part of trade rumors for a couple years now by the media, and whether or not those rumors come true this year, Buffalo should come calling. Matt Milano will be a Free Agent after this year, and with his injury history Milano may price himself away from Buffalo. Jack would most likely cost a 3rd round pick for any team that trades for him.
  3. Cleveland Browns TE David Njoku. Njoku has been a part of trade rumors, and there has been reports of him being shopped. However if Njoku isn’t traded, Buffalo should still be pushing to trade for him. One thing that hasn’t worked in this offense this year is the TE group. Dawson Knox hasn’t panned out quite yet like people in Buffalo had hoped he would when the team drafted him, totaling just 34 receptions for 481 yards and 2 TDs. Njoku would cost a 5-6th round pick.
