Broncos get great news on Tim Patrick

The Denver Broncos’ offense was one of the worst in the NFL and a reason for this was the loss of Tim Patrick. He missed the entire 2022 season with a torn ACL and spent time getting ready for the upcoming season.

Today it was reported that Patrick is cleared to do everything and will be ready for training camp. This is the first big update we’ve received in regard to his progression. He will now return alongside Jerry Jeudy and Courtland Sutton.

Tim Patrick’s presence is crucial in the offense’s success, as he is the most underrated playmaker. When on the field, he is able to open up the offense tremendously creating opportunities and playing against great matchups.

With Tim Patrick, the Broncos receiving core looks revamped and ready for a monster year. Sean Payton has a tremendous amount of young weapons to work with and will flourish in the offensive system.

It is all going to come down to if Russell Wilson can bounce back in 2023, and I have no doubt that he will. Denver is finally creating an identity on offense, and it’s protecting Russ. The additions of Samaje Perine, Ben Powers, and Mike McGlinchey show that Denver is doing everything it can do to add protection.

What needs to be shown is consistency. It has been made clear that Sean Payton and his staff will work hard to condition and strengthen every player so that they stay on the field. The Broncos being atop the league last season in injuries needs to come to an end if they want to return to the playoffs in 2023.
